Most of the recipes listed here on the forum are pretty easy but my favorite has to be grilled goose breast. Just marinate your goose breasts, then with a knife make a small pocket length ways in the breast. Place a green onion, a slice of jalepeno pepper and some garlic in the pocket. Sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning or Flockfinisher on the outside and grill to medium rare. It comes out just like steak. I also do this venison roasts and backstrap...

Another easy one is goose fajitas. Just take a pan with some butter, saute onions and bell peppers, jalepenos then brown strips of goose breast in the mixture making sure not to over cook them. Add fajita mix and serve on tortillas with all the usual fixins...

Here is a good Crock Pot Recipe.
2 Geese (4 Breasts) Soaked in water for 2-3 days.
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Large Onion

Season Meat with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder.

Layer in Crock Pot.
Soup, Onions, Goose, Soup, Onions, Goose, soup Onions.

Cook on Low for 12 hours or on High for around 6-8. I put it on before I go to work and when I get home it's done.

Make up a few cups of rice and pour the soup and Goose over the rice.

You can use any (3) combinations of Soup. They can all be Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom if you prefer.

By far the easiest has to be another crockpot goose recipe. Take a goose breast or two, throw in a crock pot. cover with brewed coffee --- yes, I said brewed coffee. Throw in some onion and garlic, and slow cook all day long.

Make mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and it turns out to be just like a roast beef dinner!
