A friend ours has developed a great marinade for goose breasts. We callem' Shawn's great goose Kabobs. We have long lost the specific recipe but we have found that approximates work well. Here it goes.

1 part oil (olive)
2 part soy or Terriyaki sauce
3 parts Orange Juice
1 bottle dark beer
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp garlic powder or fresh
1 tbsp ginger

Cut goose in roughly 1" chunks and soak in marinade for 4-5 hours. Skewer with mushrooms,onions,peppers or any other vegies you can think of. Cook em on a BBQ grill no more than medium. Can't wait to smell that gander on the grill!!!!!!
