1-2 Lb thinly sliced Sandhill crane breast
10 TBS Kikkoman Soy Sause
4 TBS Brown Sugar
4 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 1/4 TSP Cayenne Pepper
Combine soy sause,brown sugar, minced garlic & cayenne pepper. Marinate crane breast meat in sause for anywhere from six hours to over night depending on how spicy you like it . Grill on BBQ untill nicly brown and serve goes good with a fine bottle of beer. this makes a great appetizer I use this only on the sandhills I get but would work just as good on geese.
