Dallas, I take it you will not have a booth at the Ks sport, boat, and travel show this year?
02-18-2003, 11:47 AM
Yes I will have a booth with Marshland again this year. Just won't be doing the booth thing on Sunday.

Hey Chad, I'll send you a tape with screaming kids on it and you can play it in the big red bus on the way to Salina. Just trying to help you get used to it.

In the words of Duck Boat, "It's on like Donkey Kong"....
Figured we might as well start the process of making fools of ourselves in front of a bunch of people early this year. Oh well, it's always a good time anyways. Any of you OK boys going to make it? I think we will also be in OKC the next weekend.
Dallas have you talked to any of the HuntSleepFishDrinkBeerMakeFunnyHandSignals guys to see if they were going this weekend? I'll give you a call tomorrow probably.

i read in the oklahoma forum on the refuge that the contests start at 1:00 on sunday and should be over by 5:00 (that is when the show closes). weather permitting i should be able to go, ah screw it, my brother can get off his ass and cover me:hest:. count me in, it only takes about 80 minutes to get there from my house. has anyone found out where in claremore it will be?

Hopefully one of these days this year, I will put the fish poles away long enough to go attend one of these things, I have heard they are a blast, but I haven't quite gotten around to it yet. I would like to see and hear some of the people at these things, maybe I could pick up a few tricks to add to my bag.

Craig last I was told the contests were starting at 11 with the open duck being first. Maybe 1 is the target time for the goose to start. It is at the Expo Center in Claremore, I have directions.

Well count me out. I dont even know what a call looks like anymore. I'm sure you will have a good time. :Rich:
I had not planned on the okc show but if you guys come down for it post up. I will probably make the trip. The show itself is nothing to brag about but meeting with the guys and talking smack is worth a hours drive.
