View Full Version : Mallard with jalapeno's

1.Breast out duck breast.

2.butterfly each half.
3.put in wishbone italian dressing for 24 hrs.
4.Mix creamcheese with jalapeno peppers(diced)
5.spread cream cheese with jalepenos in the duck breast
6.close breast and wrap in bacon. (Hold together with tooth pick)
7.Cook on grill untill rare.
8.Slice and serve with cold barbeque sauce for dipping.

I have also done it with goose breast sliced real thin.

This recipe is a real winner.

DD you won't be disappointed. Like I said my wife ate it.

The jalapenos put some zing in it.
