Looks like VA is finally gonna get a waterfowl assoc. up and running. All the paperwork, bylaws, etc... should be finalized by April. Primary goals: wetlands enhancement, wetlands recruitment, youth programs and a waterfowler's voice in Richmond. If you are interested, PM me!
