I am filling out my forms to get the Registration forms for my new litter, what is expedited handling and do I need that? just wandering so I can get this taken care of.

When I had my litter I did not expedite the handling and it came in plenty of time. Remember, you have about 5-6 weeks for the registration papers to get to you before you need them anyway.
