Started my season out with three shots - three birds and they handled beautifully. :Art: Too bad my partner could only manage one (and they were in his face!) The other two came back three times and then landed about 10' behind our heads and we couldn't discharge in that direction!:CL: Didn't see any others though.....:NW:

Guess it's time to put away the rods and dust off the shotgun! Tim; did you change your tele. #? If you did, drop me a P.M. Will be running my dog up in this area this week and will let you know what field are cut, etc.

I had a decent hunt today as well, 8 birds between three of us. If my son and buddy shot better could have taken a few more.:CL:
We had two nutty woman come into the field as birds were workin to see what we were doing.Guess they didnt hear the shooting. Some people have no common sense.
DD are ya whackin them good.
Dr Bob had same problem with birds landing behind us.That sucks!!

Mike , good to see ya brother! We were about to send out the bloodhounds for ya bub! WE had a good shoot the other day, 24 in 20 minutes with 2 bands that were 5 #s apart. Other than that we haven't been hittin it at all, was sick last week so it cost me a few days. We shall see what the future holds, I hope the corn starts comin down soon. DD:Rich:

Way to go Tim , Nice Pic's , still waiting for my FID to arrive:PO:
so i can get out there too!!!!!!!!

Black Brant - Check with your local police re: FID delays. If you had a valid FID and have applied for your renewal you might still be OK. Also Some FID's that were scheduled to expire in 03 are valid for another year due to changes in the law. Big article on this in the GOAL newsletter!
Tim - Good start to the season. Saw nothing @ BW areas. I'll be checking the new Halifax WMA this week; lots of water surrounded by cranberry bogs might make for a good PM hunt. Will let you know.
