The truck is a ford 250 and the trailer is a 6x14, generator is 6000 watts , I have attached 4 - 750 watt floodlight to the tower. As you can tell in the pic's there is 4-250 watt light inside the trailer 2 in the front and two at the rear doors to light the ground. I do guide but more for fun then profit.

In anyones opinion would building brackets and hanging Bigfoots like wine glasses work. How many can I ecpect to pack into a 6/12. My thought is if I cannot drive into the field I could remove the racks and haul the decoys out by hand. Don't have trailer but am in the planning stages.

Here's a Chevy! (Country Cadillac)

If I can make any suggestions, I've had to rewire this trailer 2 times over the past 4 years on account of gravel roads. Now I've got all the wires incased in soft rubber hose, like a garden hose but a thicker gauge. Don't wait for wires to break, preventative maintance. Might not be a bad idea to run all the wires on the inside???

HONKER DOWN-

I have a question regarding the lights (both inside and outside floods)...do you just run them to a corded plug and plug them into the generator or do you have them wired to a breaker box inside and have that connected to the generator via a plug?...I'd like to do the same but am in the dark on that one...

I wired to a breaker box inside the trailer and then wired the lights inside to two switches front and back as far as the tower it is on left and right. I did that so as not to overload the generator all at one time. It cost me a hunt with a friend that was an electrican.

FYI-

Just bought mine last week...as of last Wed. the prices went up 6% due to a steel supply issue- China is buying up all the steel they can...the only manuf. that didn't go up was Haulmark due to a long term steel contract from what I was told (if you want a Haulmark)...this info. was from a very large trailer dealer in the midwest...
