take sum brest an pound them flat with a meat hammer.dip em in seasond flour an brown em let dry on paper towel. in a roasting pan 2 cups of rice 4cups of stock 1 can cream of mushroom soup mix well put your meat in 1 can of mushroom soup over top cove an bake at 375 for about 1 1/2 or till rice is tender.. then i put sum cheese over an let it melt uncoverd till brown . verry good
