DOWN BUT NOT OUT , YET?

I have been going crazy lately here at home. About 3 weeks ago I picked some stuff up at work and BAM!!! Hernia #3. I work for a government utility and of course with the fed's and work comp I have been delayed on my my surgery with all the red tape. So I ain't been able to work on my blind or nothing. Just look at all the magazines and on the computer about everyone else's hunts.
My season doesn't start until Thanksgiving but I had a trip planned to visit my bud, JK out in Nebraska . Been planning this for awhile. So that was all shot down with this pulled nut. Just thought I would let some of yall know if I post some stupid stuff , it is the pain killers talking.Thought I was having surgery in the morning but they called and had to reschedule for the second time. I tried to get out in the shop and string some decoys but that didn't last long before the pain set in. Can't stand for about 10 minutes without really hurting.
Maybe I can get took care of next week and be able to work on stuff and enjoy myself before I have to go back to work. Maybe it is a blessing and I can get paid to hunt while I and still on workmans comp. " Thats legal ain't it .?"

ZIG man that's tough hope you get to feeling better quick this ani't ducks but maybe it'll help ( then again it might make it worse) I got some more pics in maybe early next week I'll have some new ones to cheer you up with. Take it easy and get better soon.

Dang Zig...thats got to suck!!! Get all geared up for the surgery and then they call it off. Hope you can get things squared away and back to hunting before to long......Good luck!!!!:cool: :cool:

I appreciate the words and after reading my post again today I sure sound like a big wuss. I really ain't missing nothing but work right now. HAHAHA .
I am ready to punch some holes in some big fat greenheads pretty soon. Here in Tennessee it has been in the 80's this past week and just now the big front that has dropped in on you guys up north has made it feel like it is a little closer to hunting season.
I have about got all the sympathy at home that I am going to get for a while. I had to come to yall to baby me a little. Hope everyone has a good year and a safe one too.

I was reading your post and i thought to myself wow that guy has no nuts what a WUSS.
