Any word on how LK's been doin?

Can't speak for LK, but Upper has been slow. Lots of birds, they just know the routine and until we get some weather or new birds, I think it's going to stay slow. Tons of birds in the Basin - must have seen 10K ducks and a couple thousand geese Saturday AM, but very few wanted anything to do with the spread.

I had heard that during the last snow storm the straights had done well in certain fields....On LK some units are doing well now with fresh water/new flood up..Who knows, I hope it's on when I am up there just before Thanksgiving.

LK has been shooting good. They have started flooding most of the field units. Sheppy east and 11b is flooding. Quite a bit of compatition to get the spot. The water units are also shooting Mallards, Wigeon, Gadwall, Teal, and even Smileing Mallards. Scouting the evening before has been the key.

:CL: WHAT!! They are flooding 11b? What are they thinking! That is reall BS. Brings back memories of when they had 7b as the field unit. Early flooding pretty much locked out the field hunters.
