Take a can of beer and pour it in a open can that will fit in the cavity of a goose. Place the can(full of beer) on the bottom rack of barbecque. Slide a goose(legs pointing down)over the can of beer. Take some olive oil and montreal chicken spice and mix it together to make like a paste.Then rub this on the outside of the goose. Then close cover of barbecque and cook over a low heat for approximaely 2 hours. Dont worry the beer will keep goose moist.After an hour reapply a little more of the paste you made.Be careful not to over cook.
