This one will make sky carp taste like tenderloin:

1 jar of jalepenos (like mrs. renferos)
1 jar of soy
breast cut in thin rectangles (2x4" and on the thinner side usally half a breast and then cut the rectangles)
tariaki (sp?) glaze or sweet baby rays bbq sauce

put the whole jar of jalepenos(juice and all) in a BIG zip lock bag along with breast and soy sauce. put this in refrig for 3-6 days depending on type of fowl. take the bag out and drain the juice, but leave the jalepenos. wrap each breast around a jalepeno slice and wrap that with a piece of bacon. stick a tooth pick in it. puth the little kabobs on the grill until they are done (like 3 min. per side---DON'T OVERCOOK and make sure you have something to tame the grease fires that start). baste with sauce of your liking and eat. MAN, these babies are good. Let me know if you try this one.
