FORNTIER JERKY ONE THIRD CUP OF LQU. SMOKE, ONE THIRD CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, 3 TEA. SPOONS GARLIC POWER,3 TEASPOONS COURSE GROUND BLACK PEPPER, 1 TEASPOON SALT, THREE QUARTERS OF A BOTTLE OF CHIT S SPICY CHIT CAYENNE PEPPER SAUCE ABOUT 4 OZ. 4 GOOSE BREAST SLICED SHORT WAY QUARTER INCH THICK. CHEEK FOR SHOT NOBODY NEEDS DENTAL DAMAGE. OVERNITE IN GLASS BOWL. PUT ON TRAYS SPRINKLE ON MORE BLACK PEPPER TO YOUR TASTE . THIS IS A DEANNA DELONG RECIPE I MODIFIED. MADE IT MORE MANLY !!!!!! PUT IN DEHYD TIME DEPENS ON MACH. DON T BE SCARED TO MESS WITH THIS TO YOUR TASTE. HAVE FUN.

Tentimes brought his "finished" jerky to the calling seminar and it was AWESOME!!!!! The best Jerky I have ever tried!

Tentimes - can all the ingredients be bought at Stop & Shop or a local grocery?

LQUID SMOKE CAN BE A TUFF ONE. WHEN YOU DO FIND IT BUY A LOT IT S CHEEP. ALSO YOU MIGHT WANNA GO EASY ON THE PEPPER ON YOUR VIRGIN RUN, ALSO THAT BATCH I MADE , SWEET WITH HEAT , I GOT THE RECIPE WHICH I MADE UP BUT IT S MISPLACED. WHEN I FIND IT I LL POST IT. TAKE CARE T.T.
