Threaded Goose call?

Does anybody know what the heck a Threaded goose call is... Bill Saunder mentions it on his page, but what exactly is it?

Instead of two parts that slip together they screw together. One part is theaded like a bolt and the other like a nut.You can't pull them apart they unscrew. It is kind of neat way to do it, and you never have to worry about bad o-rings.
