Homemade Motion field decoys

I was thinking of making my homemade silos into motion silos. I was gonna cut some wings out of paneling, drill holes on the end of the wings, attach the wings with hinges, put an eye bolt on the top of the deke and string some fishing line to the blind.
I think it will work.
ANy ideas on how to make the head move?
