i know this is everybodies favourite thing to do hehehe flocknocker when you make jerky do you save the whole bird or just the breast and legs cause there is not much meat anywhere else,we mostly breast em,skin and clean a few and pluck the ones that aren't too pinney

take-um I breast them out also not much meat anywhere else. Have you ever marinated them and then grilled them there pretty good with a butter garlic mixture. I use one from a package from a company by me.

We pick a few geese for friends or farmers that like them that way. I don't like them with the skin on so I breast them and also keep the hind quarters to. I get allot of sausage done with the geese I kill.
