Well after loosing Trigger last December, I sure didn't think I'd be getting another furry friend this quick.. Introducing Avery...

Ya he was named after Avery Outdoors,, but the family did get to vote on the name.. Heck with both girls hunting and now my wife, could yhou name him anything else.

Now for the training.. Purchased a few books to get some ideas about how I want to train him.. Take care to all and we'll be calling on your expertice soon..

I am biased and i admit it, Yellow just love them. If your solo on the training theres a great dvd/video called Waterdog and it is widely available and worth a look:in:

I guess there will be a lot of dogs named that now! I just saw your post and here is a pic of a pup I picked up about 3 weeks ago. His name is also Avery!
