How do I make a wave file?

I want to record my calling.How do I do it.Thanks.

Win 98,Click Programs then Accessories then Entertainment then Sound recorder. You also need a mike installed in you system. The little popup thing works like a tape recorder. After your done recording click on File and save. I usually save to desktop as it is easier to find.
