Wild Rice would have topped it off a little better...IMHO, otherwise, not bad at all!

Actually a little shrimp and sausage Jambalaya would have been a better choice with a big hunk of toasted French Bread and some garlic butter.:hest: :Rich: :hest: Add a bowl of chicken and andoulle gumbo on the side and well, lets not go there but a panty dropper for sure...:uh:

Todd, I'm going to copy this over to the recipe forum...:TT:

Diggler --- you inspired me . . . . I tried this a couple of years ago and didn't really care for it .. . . then I realized I forgot one important ingredient . .. . bacon. It was simply awesome.

Thanks for the idea.

Just fininshed having this using a goose from Saturday's opener. It was Fantastic, with agreement from all who partook. Altered the recipe a little, using mozzarrella left over from making lasagna the other night, along with the cream cheese and jalapenos. Keep the recipes like that coming!

Great meal... did this up last night with some snow goose meat and various duck meat... Talk about delicious. We had burgers, beans and a pasta with it... not too bad... and beer of course.

This was a great way to eat my first snow goose meat. Yum !

I have made this delicious recipe many times with awsome results. I have however prepared it for friends and guests who thought it was a bit too "spicy".

Has anyone substituted another cheese or pepper other than Pepperjack and Jalapenos?

Pardon the blaspheme of this request.

Thanks, John

Smoked Gouda with Red and Yellow Bell Peppers did the trick. Thought I would post these alternate ingredients.

Enjoy, John
