jerky making ?

Well we just got done making a bunch of jerky from a recipe on here and it turned out awesome!! :cool:

my question is, for you guys that use a dehydrator to make your jerky how do you clean the trays after you done?

I was thinking about soaking them in soapy water and then putting them in the dishwasher, anybody know if the trays are dish washer safe or not?

Soak 'em, and they'll come clean. Check to be sure they're dishwasher safe before going that route.

Mine go right to the dishwasher with no soaking and come out sparkling! :TT:

I spray mine with PAM and it is about half the work to get them clean. I also slice the breasts insted of grinding.
