Here is a recipe I thought of myself and after making it for some people and they loved it I thought maybe you guys would like to try it and tell me how it is or if you tried something a little different let me know so i can try it. Thanks duckngoose
Duck on the Grill
Seasonings:
Lowry’s / Wendell’s or both. I like to use both
Garlic Powder / Salt
Onion Powder / Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Ground Red Pepper if you like it spicy
Lemon Pepper
Items:
1 or 2 Whole Red Peppers
1 or 2 Whole Green Peppers
1 or 2 Whole Onions
1 - 3 Sticks of Real Butter
Tin Foil or a Tin Foil Pan
Steps:
1. Wash up the duck breasts make sure there clean and squeeze them dry.
2. Lay out a piece of tin foil however long you want or need.
3. Rub butter on the whole side of tin foil.
4. Slice up the onions and peppers.
5. Spread some onions and peppers on the tin foil.
6. Put your seasonings on top of the onions and peppers.
7. Now put your duck breasts on top of the onions and peppers.
8. Put some seasonings on top of the duck.
9. Now put some more peppers and onions on top and season it again if you want.
10.Cut some chunks of butter and put a chunk on top of every duck breast. Make the chunks as big as you want.
11. Put another sheet of tin foil on top and make a dome shape with it so no juice or heat can escape the tin foil.
12. Make sure you grill is heated up.
13. Place the duck breasts in tin foil on the grill for about 15-20 mins depending on type of grill.
14. When you can squish through the peppers with your fingers let it cook for a couple more minutes and then its done.

I'm assuming you don't marinate the breasts in anything beforehand?
