i have a canada, plucked and frozen, i am wanting to bake this for thanksgiving this year and was wanting some input on how you guys bake your geese. so let me have it!

Hi SIUHUNTER!

You might wanna check out the Recipes forum as there are some awesome cooking ideas in there or do a search and you should be able to find what you are looking for. A plucked goose is one of my favourite ways to do up a goose. Good luck!

We once did one with an apricot and apple stuffing and it was great! I can't recall where the recipe came from - possibly the LL Bean Fish and Game Cookbook becasue it is one of our favorites. Point of the matter is the apple stuffing went very, very well with goose! After the big family Thnksgiving, the goose was picked clean but there was plenty of turkey left.
