Breast out your goose. Take said breasts and cube them and add to crock pot with 1-2 cups of water and cook on HI for 4-5 hours.
Dump out water and finish shredding the goose meat into bite sized pieces. Add one can of cream of onion soup per goose and half can of water per goose and cook on HI for two more hours.

Gently spoon mixture over wild rice and enjoy.
