1. Saute onions in butter.

2. Remove onions and drain on paper towels.

3. Seer ( very hot) steaks on both sides until browned apx. 1-1/2 mins.

4.Place steaks in cassarole dish add sauted onion, add 1 can of cream of mushroom per steak.

5. Cook for 2-2 1/2 hours 300 degree's with a cover.
