1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
I tried this on a pair of gadwall breasts. I marinaded them for about 3-4 hours. I grilled them medium rare. My wife found this for grilled chicken but it tastes great on duck also. Hoping to try it on some geese this week.
