Here is the recipe for goose or duck kabobs that is always a big hit. My son Jason (KUPT) found it somewhere and it is an all time favorite.

Goose or Duck Kabobs:Cut boneless goose or duckbreast into 1" pieces. Marinate in Ken's Steakhouse Mesquite Marinad. Duck 1 or 2 days, goose 3 or 4. After meat has been marinated wrap each cube with a piece of bacon and skewer. Grill on high heat till bacon is crispy on all sides. Remove from heat and enjoy.

Very easy and a hit all the time.
