Here's another one of our favorites!

French Dip Goose:
2 halves boneless goose breast. Place in crock pot with 1 can beef broth and enough water to cover goose by 1" Cook on high till tender approx. 3 or 4 hours. Remove goose and cool. Drain crock pot. When goose is cool enough to pull apart do so and place back in crock pot. Add to this:
2 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bay leaf
3 or 4 whole peppercorns
Mix well with pulled goose. Cook on high 2 1/2 hours. Serve on crusty rolls with juice on the side..........ENJOY!!!
