take 5 cloves of garlic and pan fry golden brown in 4oz of olive oil
brush store bought pizza crust thoroughly with the oil lightly brush in pizza sauce .thinly slice goose summer sausage and line crust completely.add onions peppers green olives .cover with cheese . Run duckbreast through meat grinder skin on pan fry with tex mex seasoning .drain duck breast and add on top of cheese sprinkle parm cheese over pizza and cook at three fift until cheese bubbles enjoy.
