My dad and i were talking about cooking up some goose and came up with this and it was awesome.

All we did was cut up the goose into thin 1/2in slices the length of the breast and simply covered with flour and fried it in BACON GREASE. Fry until brown and dont burn it or overcook.

And of course BACON GREASE is the key.
