Recipe for Chukar's - need idea's

Was wondering if someone had more of a simple recipe for cooking chukar's. Thanks Pat

Here's one that seems to work pretty well on any light-meated upland bird and also on goose tenders.

Game Bird Broccoli Alfredo

Bone breast meat and cut into chunks - roughly grape-sized pieces.

Saute meat in butter or olive oil -- VERY lightly, do not over-cook.

Steam Broccoli chunks till barely tender.

Boil egg noodles to package directions... again, do not over-cook.

Combine the above and add a jar of store-bought alfredo sauce, the roasted garlic type is great if you like garlic. Heat gently and salt/pepper to taste -- go light on seasoning, as chukars are generally very mild-flavored.
