I took some Duck and Goose breast meat last night about 1 pound and 1/4 pound of beef fat and placed it in the grinder. I added some Johnny's season.Garlic,Pepper,2 eggs,some onions,and about 40 ground up pringles. rolled the meat into golf ball size shape. Then placed it into hot olive oil and cook until they where done med well. I placed them on a bed of rice and poured a nice country gravy over it all. Damn it was good and i am just now eating the left overs. :TT: :TT: :TT:
