Well I got it put together now just need to sight it in. I have less than $475.00 in the whole thing and everything was NIB. :nn:

Winchester Model 70 Coyote in 22-250 with a bushnell 4X12X40 Dusk & Dawn Scope. Can't wait to see how it shoot's!

yeah my local gander got rid of all the bull barrel guns and replaced then with AR-15 carbines

There's not too many new Winchester rifles kicking around but you definitely scored yourself a sweet one! Thats one great looking rifle, hope it works well for ya on some dogs!

FN is making the model 70 again. Incorporating the pre-64 style action. THe Winchester website has more information. I read they are made right here in the U.S. but not sure if it's just an assembly operation of foreign-made components.

Looks pretty nice!

That's a sweet setup, and at an awesome price!:up: I'm sure that will serve you very well... can't go wrong with a 22-250 for a 'yote gun.:HP:

Well I took it to the range yesterday after noon. Once I got it dialed in and got a feel for the trigger it shot quite well. I don't reload so I started out with some Winchester loads in 55 gn. Pointed soft point. Right now it's shooting a inch high at 100 yards and my last three shot's can be covered with a quarter. Like Barron I had to wait for my shot oppertunities as I was shooting into a fairly stiff wind. I was amazed at how much the cross hairs jump on 14X just from your heart beat even wearing a heavy coat.
