We picked up one of these yesterday, does anyone have a lot of experience BBQing wild and non-wild birds with charcoal?

BLUE DEVIL, I just got a awsome book that would be greaat for you, I acually got it for fathers day it is called WEBER'S CHARCOAL GRILLING THE ARTOF COOKINGWITH LIVE FIRE BY JAIME PURVIANCE check it out evry one should have this book!!!!!!:TT:
