Lake Nipissing Yesterday [Archive]

Got out on old Nip. yesterday afternoon and after some searching around mother nature tipped her hand by showing me where the fish were in the form of a feeding frenzy of about 100 loons, 100 gulls and terns and a few cormorants. About 2 -3 hrs of fishing produced a limit of legal size walleye, a couple 2lb. bass and a few perch and 2 4lb. pike.

Yes mother nature doesn't know how to keep a secret sometimes!!! As soon as I arrived on that spot as you can see by the picture on my graph there was no shortage of baitfish...As the saying goes, find the baitfish- find the big fish!!
