Got these two dogs a few weeks back about a week in between kills. The first dog was shot at about 125-130 yards with my Ruger .223. I was sitting beside a good buddy when she came out and gave him first crack at her. When he shot his scope flew off his gun hit him in the face and left the dog running.:up: I guess his scope mounts were not up to par to say the least.:rof: I took her down with my second shot, running broadside.

Second dog was my nicest looking yote' to date. I have him in the taxidermist getting done right now. Shot him with the .223 running at about 50 yards.

Big doggie! He almost looks orange in the pics - is that true to life? He'll look fantastic in your trophy room.:cool:

The pics are 100% a perfect representation of his colours. The best way to describe the coat is the colour of a red fox. I was pretty pumped when I walked up to him after the kill and saw what he looked like.

Un-decided, I have to come up with an answer for the taxidermist in the next little bit whether I just want it tanned or a full body. I would have went with a full body hands down but I have another coyote in getting done right now, along with a deer and a few ducks???
