Default Reloading Bismuth

Hey folks!

Are there any Bismuth reloaders out there? I recently scored 14 Lbs in BB's. I have loaded lead many moons ago and most recently dug out my MEC 600 Jr. I have all the other components with the exception of buffer material or over shot cards etc. So I was hoping to stick to a load that didn't require buffer. I've shot Bismuth out of a 3" shell but would like to know of a good recipe for ducks/geese over decoys in 2 3/4" I'm thinking 1 1/4oz or 1 3/8oz shot as I would like it to still cycle reliably in my semi auto. Thanks!
